On August 6, 2008, an inmate from the Roma ethnic minority watches through a cell at the Juvenile Detention Center in Boichinovtsi, Bulgaria. Boys of the Roma ethnic group account for the majority of the youngest offenders at the Bulgarian Juvenile Detention Center.
